Pump bearing heating causes and treatment methods are as follows:
(1) The scraping and grinding of bearing tiles is not required. The treatment is to repair the bearing tile or replace it.
(2) For gear oil pump bearing clearance is too small will also cause bearing heating. The treatment method is to readjust the bearing clearance or scrape.
(3) Insufficient lubricating oil, poor oil quality. The treatment method is to increase the amount of oil or change the lubricating oil.
(4) Poor bearing assembly. The treatment method is to check the bearing assembly as required, eliminate undesirable factors, especially the high viscosity pump in assembly due to the special material must make some effort in processing the bearing body.
(5) Cooling water break. The treatment method is to check and repair.
(6) Bearing wear or loosening. The treatment is to repair the bearing or scrap it. If loose, tighten the bolts.
(7) Pump shaft bending. The treatment is to correct the pump shaft.
(8) Oil ring deformation, oil ring can not rotate, with no oil. The treatment method is to update the oil dumping ring.
(9) Poor coupling alignment or axial clearance is too small. The treatment method is to check the alignment and adjust the axial clearance.
