The role of rolling bearings in heat conduction oil pumps

According to different friction properties, bearings are divided into rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Rolling bearing plays a very important role in heat conduction oil pump, it is mainly used to support the rotor.
1) The structure of rolling bearings
(1) The basic structure of rolling bearings typical rolling bearings are usually composed of four components: inner ring, outer ring, rolling body and cage. The inner ring is arranged on the journal, and the outer ring is arranged in the bearing hole of the frame. Usually the inner ring is fixed externally with the rotation of the journal, but there are also fixed by the rotation of the outer ring and the inner ring. When the inner and outer rings rotate relative to each other, the rolling body rolls in the raceway of the inner and outer rings. The cage is used to evenly separate the rolling body. Rolling body is an indispensable part of rolling friction in bearings. Figure 6-20 shows the common scroll forms.
2) Clearance, contact Angle and offset Angle of rolling bearing The clearance, contact Angle and offset Angle of rolling bearing are the elements of jutuo E bearing's working performance.
(1) Clearance between the rolling body and the inner and outer raceway of the clearance bearing. Bearing clearance is divided into radial clearance and axial clearance. (3) Because of the radial clearance of the offset Angle bearing, it can allow the deflection of the inner and outer rings caused by the shaft to have a certain relative deviation.
