1. Disassembly sequence
1) Drive device disassembly
(1) Disassemble the power cord of the motor or the inlet and outlet pipe of the steam turbine.
(2) Remove the coupling.
(3) Remove the connecting bolt between the drive and the gear box, and then lift out the drive.
2) Pump body disassembly
(1) Remove the oil line, sealing liquid, cooling system and other pipelines connected with the thermal oil pump.
(2) Remove the pump cover nut, and lift out the growth box, pump end cover, impeller and other components.
(3) Measure radial runout value of impeller with dial indicator.
(4) Remove the impeller locking nut, and remove the induction wheel, impeller, mechanical seal moving ring and shaft sleeve in turn.
(5) Remove the mechanical seal static ring component.
(6) Remove the cover bolt and take out the cover.
3) Removal of growth box
(1) First measure the axial channeling momentum of the high-speed axis and record it.
(2) Disassemble the connecting bolts of the upper and lower boxes of the accelerating box, remove the positioning pin, lift the upper box with a sling, and gently knock the lower box with a wooden hammer to separate the upper and lower boxes, and remove the upper box.
(3) Measure and record the thickness of gasket in the upper and lower box.
(4) Take out low-speed shaft assembly, oil pump and limit spring, medium-speed shaft group and high-speed shaft assembly in turn.
